  2. Step 2

    Short task

    Shortlisted candidates get a small practical task, about 30 to 45 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Online chat

    A 25-minute video call with the founding team to talk through your task and your goals.

  4. Step 4

    In-person round and offer

    A visit to our Dhaka office for a hands-on round, then an offer for the person who fits best.

Do I need a computer science degree?

No. The AI Internship is open to students and fresh graduates from any discipline. What matters is that you use AI tools and can show something you made or learned.

Are these roles remote?

Our roles are based in Dhaka, on-site or hybrid, so you should be able to work from Dhaka. Sales also includes client visits in the city.

What happens after the internship?

The AI Internship runs for 3 months. The right candidates are offered a full-time job at BIAI when the 3 months are over.

How will I hear back?

We review applications in batches. If you are shortlisted we contact you by email or WhatsApp with the next step, so please keep an eye on both.
