Return and Refund Policy

BIAI's paid programs have not launched yet -- this website does not currently sell anything, and no payment can be made through it today. This policy describes the terms that will apply once paid enrolment opens, so they are published and available in advance, as required for payment gateway compliance.

Once enrolment is live, a participant who has paid a program fee may request a refund before the program's start date, or within the specific eligibility window stated for that program at the time of purchase.

Refunds are not available once a program has substantially started (typically, after the first live session or module has been delivered), except where required by law or where BIAI itself cancels or materially changes the program.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date the refund is approved, back to the original payment method used.

Email support@biai.com.bd with your name, the program you enrolled in, and your reason for the request. We will confirm receipt and let you know the outcome and expected timeline.

If BIAI cancels or is unable to deliver a program you've paid for, you will receive a full refund, processed within the timeline stated above.
