When you use one of this site's forms (Register Interest, For Business, or Contact), we collect the information you choose to submit: your name, phone number (for WhatsApp contact), email address, and, depending on the form, your company name, team size, goal, and any message you write. We do not require or collect payment or financial information through these forms.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, follow up about programs or corporate engagements you've expressed interest in, and, if you agree, to notify you when something you registered interest in becomes available.

Form submissions are stored in our database (Supabase) and, for program registrations, our team is notified through an internal automation workflow (n8n). If you reach out to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp directly, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers who help us operate the website and respond to you (such as our hosting and database providers), each of whom is only permitted to use it to provide that service to us.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your language preference (English or Bangla) in your browser's local storage so it's remembered on your next visit -- that value never leaves your device.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you share with us, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls on our database. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing support@biai.com.bd. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is intended for adults evaluating AI education or corporate training for themselves or their organization, and is not directed at children under 18.
