BIAI is growing fast and needs a sales executive who can open doors with companies and also convert individual learners into course and bootcamp seats. You will own leads from the first message to the signed deal.
What you will do
- Find and approach companies for BIAI's corporate AI training: HR heads, L&D leads and founders
- Run discovery calls and meetings, write proposals and close training deals with the founding team
- Follow up workshop and website leads for our bootcamps and courses, and close seats by call and WhatsApp
- Keep every lead and deal updated in our tracker, and report weekly numbers
- Share what prospects tell you so we can sharpen our offers and content
What we are looking for
- Sales experience in training, education, SaaS, services or similar (fresh graduates with strong results can apply)
- Confident Bangla and English, spoken and written
- Comfort with targets, follow-ups and client visits in Dhaka
- Curiosity about AI: you can learn our programs well enough to explain them simply
- Organised, self-driven and honest with numbers
- Bonus: B2B corporate sales, or running WhatsApp and phone sales for courses
