('BIAI', 'we', 'us') is a private limited company registered in Bangladesh, trade license number TRAD/DNCC/005647/2026, registered office at Section-15, Block-D, Plot-1/2, Rakeen Tower (12th Floor), Bijoy Rakeen City, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh.

You may browse this website and use its enquiry forms (Register Interest, For Business, Contact) to reach out to us. You agree to provide accurate information when you do, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying systems.

BIAI's programs are still in development. No prices, start dates, or enrolment durations are published on this website today. Where these terms refer to 'enrolment,' 'fees,' or 'payment,' they describe how a future paid enrolment will work once it is publicly available -- registering your interest today does not create a binding purchase or reserve a seat.

Once enrolment opens, program details, fees, and any applicable schedule will be presented to you clearly before you are asked to pay, and your payment will be treated as agreement to the specific terms shown to you at that time, in addition to these general terms.

When payments go live, they will be processed through a licensed third-party payment gateway. BIAI does not store your full card or payment credentials on its own systems -- that is handled by the payment processor under its own security standards.

The BIAI name, logo, curriculum materials, and the content of this website are the property of Bangladesh Institute of Artificial Intelligence Ltd. or its curriculum partner Outskill, and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

This website and its content are provided 'as is.' To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, BIAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on information published on it.
