We are hiring an AI Engineer who loves building with AI and can explain it simply. You will build the labs our learners follow, prototype automations for client projects, and work directly with the founding team and international mentors.
What you will do
- Build live demos, labs and hands-on exercises that learners can follow step by step
- Support workshops and training cohorts, in Bangla and English
- Prototype AI automations and tools for client projects
- Keep our material current as new models and tools ship
- Work directly with the founding team and international mentors
What we are looking for
- Hands-on Python and experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar)
- Real projects you can show: GitHub, a portfolio or deployed demos
- Comfort with RAG, agents, prompt design or automation tools like n8n (any two is great)
- A clear communicator who can explain a hard idea to a beginner
- Fluent Bangla and good English
- Bonus: teaching, mentoring, public content or open-source work
