Founder & Chairman
SAK Ekramuzzaman
SAK Ekramuzzaman is the Founder and Chairman of BIAI, and Chairman of RAK Group. Born in 1957 in Brahmanbaria, he moved to the UAE in 1983 and rose to a top executive role at RAK Ceramics before convincing the company's leadership to back a venture back home. In 1998, he brought RAK Ceramics to Bangladesh with a Tk 1,500 million investment. Most called it too risky. It became a revolution in the country's ceramics industry instead. Since then, RAK Group has grown into 15 companies spanning ceramics, paints, pharmaceuticals, media, real estate, and finance, with close to 80,000 employees. He was recognized as Bangladesh's Highest Taxpayer in 2014-15 and 2015-16, and received the Bangladesh Bank Remittance Award in 2013. Decades later, he placed a new bet: an institute that teaches Bangladeshis to build with AI, not just learn about it.
He brought the ceramics revolution into every home in Bangladesh. Now he is starting the AI revolution, and he wants that in every home too, with people growing right alongside it.
Mohammad Siddique "Hamoody"
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Mohammad Siddique "Hamoody" is Co-Founder and Managing Director of BIAI. He spent years in Australia working in technology and systems integration for enterprise clients in Sydney, then came home to Bangladesh and built his own AI automation company from the ground up. He started BIAI out of a simple frustration: every AI course in the country explained what AI is, and none taught people to build with it.

Dr. Tofazzal Hossain
CEO and Director
Dr. Tofazzal Hossain is CEO and Director of BIAI. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Waseda University. He spent over five years as Director of Data & AI at Microsoft Japan in Tokyo, leading teams that built AI, machine learning, and IoT solutions for enterprise clients. With 18+ years of experience in AI and enterprise technology, he brings deep technical and academic credibility to BIAI's curriculum and vision.

Nabila Khan is Director and Brand Ambassador at BIAI. She led the partnership that brought Outskill, a global AI upskilling platform with 10 million+ learners, into Bangladesh as BIAI's curriculum partner. She also helped build the training and consulting model BIAI uses today. With over 100,000 YouTube subscribers and 10 million+ people reached through her content on AI and automation, she's a trusted, familiar voice in Bangladesh's AI education space.

Director
Md. Tariqul Alam "Tenzing" is a Director at BIAI. He brings a strong network across Bangladesh's public institutions and policy circles, helping BIAI build the government relationships and institutional trust a first-of-its-kind AI institute needs.
Qamar-Uz-Zaman "Fursaad"
Director
Qamar-Uz-Zaman "Fursaad" is a Director at BIAI. He currently serves as Managing Director across several of the group's largest companies, spanning manufacturing and consumer goods, where he has spent over a decade scaling operations, leading high-stakes negotiations, and building the systems that keep heavyweight businesses growing without losing control. That same growth discipline now shapes how BIAI scales.
